CLUB77 TERMS & CONDITIONS
Welcome and thank you for becoming part of the Glenora Wine Cellars Club77 Wine Club! To help you make the most of your membership, please take a moment to familiarize yourself with the following policies, terms and conditions.
Glenora Wine Cellars Club77
Glenora Wine Cellars offers wine clubs at two tiers: 12-bottle (“Original”), and 36-bottle (“Trendsetter). There is no fee to join the Glenora Wine Cellars Club77, and you may sign up anytime online, via phone or by visiting the tasting room. As a member you agree to all terms and conditions of membership.
All Glenora Wine Cellars Club77 Members and the person signing for your wine shipment must be at least 21 years of age.
Automatic Renewal Disclosure
Club 77 is a recurring subscription of three wine shipments per year. Upon signing up for the Glenora Wine Cellars Club77 wine club, your membership will continue until cancellation.
There is a yearly (3 shipment) time commitment to the membership, and you are welcome to cancel your membership at any time after the one year. Membership continues on a yearly basis until we are otherwise notified. You may make any changes to your membership or cancel by contacting Michelle@glenora.com. By clicking “Sign Up” on our website’s wine club sign-up forms, you authorize Glenora Wine Cellars to charge your credit card for recurring club shipments three times annually until you cancel your club membership.
The Club77 wine club consists of three wine shipments per year, in January, May, and September. Club members will receive an email notification at least one week prior to the billing date. We ask that you verify your billing and shipping details upon receiving this notification email. Please add Michelle@glenora.com to your address book to avoid the email getting lost in your junk mail folder. Changes to your billing information and/or shipping address after your shipment is processed may incur a change fee or additional shipping charges.
Shipping
Extra charges incurred for redirected or returned wine shipments are the responsibility of the customer and charges will be applied to your credit card on file.
Carriers make three delivery attempts before returning orders to Glenora Wine Cellars. It is your obligation to notify us of any billing or shipping changes prior to the next shipping month or any earlier deadlines specified in the advance email notification prior to the club release. Extra shipping charges incurred due to an incorrect address, delivery interception, and shipments returned to the winery will be charged to your account.
The laws governing direct-to-consumer shipments are different in every state and these regulations limit where we are able to ship wine and how much residents may receive. These laws may affect your wine club shipments and subsequent wine purchases. Glenora Wine Cellars is committed to direct-to-consumer shipping compliance and will operate according to the law. We will make every attempt to accommodate all orders and let you know if an order conflict arises so we may attempt to work out another shipping arrangement.
Cancellation
There is a one-year time commitment to membership, and you are welcome to cancel your membership after your year is complete. You may make any changes to your membership or cancel by contacting Michelle@glenora.com. Changes or cancellations made after club processing may be subject to extra charges.
